Who is the gentleman that sells handmade furniture and cutting boards at the Eastern Market in DC?

I visited DC a few weeks ago and met a very nice man selling handmade furniture and cutting boards. I don’t know if vendors are always in the same place, but he was on the end right across from a mexican place and a convenience store (not in the fenced-in area). I’ve tried to find information online, but haven’t had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
